Environmental Issues of Spain The environmental issues happening in Spain are becoming a public notice within the nation as they now have problems with pollution. The commitment to the environmental and the influence has had a rapid growth. Citizens of Spain are noticing that the companies around their homes are causing problems that affecting the environment. There are a few organizations that started to work on developing the environment for the better. These organizations are: Greenpeace Espana, the Spanish Society of Ornithology (SEO), the Coordinator of Organizations for the Defense of the Environment (CODA), the World Wildlife Fund (ADENA/WWF), and the Association for the Study and Defense of Nature (Quercus). All these organizations help to keep the environment clean and healthy for the coming generation and to help keep the wildlife that there once was. The politicians and governmental people have now been trying to work on environmental issues in Spain but have not fully succeeded, but as for now they have put regulations that everyone must obey the environmental laws, as treat them as if they were laws of ministry and that the citizens, workers and business have to take the environment into their consideration before doing anything, as it has been formed as a new regulation do to so. Spain said that they will start spending money right away to fix their environment, and they said they will spend as much as $14 million for the next three years.
This is how bad the environment can get, if organizations weren't telling people to help and doing something about it.
This is how it would look like if the organizations succeeded and the citizens of Spain actually did something to help out and make their living environment a better place to live in.
Negatives: The negatives points in this are that the air is polluted no matter what we do, because all of the modern technology that we use today are creating pollution one way or the other, and factories will not stop working just because there is a minor setback in their way. Also changing the regulations towards the environmental issues will not help so much as people have ignored most of them for the past few years in their lives and now they might think that its just the same thing agian and they might ignore the new rules and the pollution will keep destroying the nation by human activity and the environment will be gone for good as there will be no more fertile soil for anything to grow on, as all the pollution has ruined the nutrients in the soil.
Positives: Some good news about this topic is that, if there is more greenery and plantations, it will attract people from everywhere, whether its within the nation or internationally (as tourism) and they government can gain more money and help out the citizens in public payments. Also it is good that there are any organizations helping to improve the environment, because then more corporations will see that these organizations are making a difference and they will join to help them in making the world a better place to live in.
